Cheryl Schwartz, MS, MSW, LCSW, CRC has been a consultant/coach to individuals and organizations for over 20 years. Schwartz holds advanced degrees in Counseling and Vocational Rehabilitation from Hofstra University and in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Hunter College. Her diverse background includes experience in business, education, psychology, and the management of health care organizations.

Career counseling services for individuals includes: assessment and development of career direction which may include comprehensive testing; preparation of resumes and other written communications; job search strategy; self-marketing; interview training and other oral communications; compensation negotiations; and resolution of work related problems. She utilizes a holistic approach that incorporates an individual’s interests, aptitudes, personality, strengths, values, education, experience and preferred work environment to determine the appropriate next step. All services are customized to meet the needs of the individual. 

Schwartz has designed and conducted a variety of programs for industry on career development, outplacement, interpersonal communication, conflict management, executive coaching, change management, new leader development, vocational rehabilitation, stress management, balancing family and work, and pre-employment evaluation and screening for executives.
